The onboarding process is designed to ensure that we bring the best talent into our marketplace while maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment. Here’s what you can expect:
First, we will review your profile to ensure your background aligns with the needs of our marketplace. We aim to balance demographics and skillsets so that all types of people are represented.
After vetting your profile, we will send you several short annotation tasks to evaluate your skillset and the quality of your annotations.
We will conduct a thorough ID verification process to ensure your credentials are valid.
Finally, we will schedule a short video call to confirm your identity.
If everything goes well, it should only take 2-3 days to onboard you to the marketplace.
For all annotation tasks that have been accepted and the project is closed from the client side, you will receive a pending payment. At the start of each week, any pending payments will be sent to your bank account!
That's right, we pay weekly!
The first step to ensuring quality work is defining client requirements clearly. We take the time upfront to set up the project with as much clarity as possible, minimizing any ambiguity.
If necessary, we provide training for each project to our taskers, ensuring they are well-prepared for the tasks ahead.
As the task progresses, we conduct both manual and automated checks to maintain high standards. If any tasks are rejected, we promptly provide feedback and ensure full transparency regarding the reasons for rejection.
At Truelabel.ai, once you become a tasker on our marketplace, it is truly flexible. You may choose to take on as many or little tasks as you'd like. There's no penalty for not taking tasks for extended periods of time.
